The big two-seven... yup! That's me! The 14th was my birthday and JT wanted to make it a special day so we decided to go to Olive Garden (my fav) for dinner. We have always had the idea and desire of celebrating birthday's as a family and since we're a family of 3 now it only made sense for all 3 of us to be there. JT was unexpectedly tied up on a call so he arrived home late (with flowers!) and we jumped into the car asap. We didn't get to the restaurant until 7:05 where we were greeted with a 25 minute wait. Oh well, so goes life. We just found ourselves a bench and watched as the passerby's oo-ed and aw-ed over our son (not a bad way to wait). We got to our table and distracted Jet with Toys and puffs to eat. We had a lovely dinner as we chatted with our sweet boy next to us. In the end, he was in his PJ's an hour past bedtime and still smiled for the camera. I love my family!! God is good :)
JT surprised me by ordering a delicious chocolate cake. I think Jet thought it was his birthday :)

Such a beautiful family! It's so hard to believe 27 years have passed, but I remember that day well. It was one of the best 3 days of my life (well 4 now!:)
